This website is run by MALDICO for Maldives Sea Salt. We collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it only to reply to you.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• if you add them: phone number, country, profession or industry, resort or company, and how you heard about us;
• the topic you choose and your message;
• basic technical details sent by your browser (its type and version), which help us spot spam.

To protect the form from abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address for about one day. It cannot be used to identify you and is deleted automatically.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that follow you around the web. Browsing the site does not require you to give us any personal information.

How we use it

• to read and answer your enquiry;
• to keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store enquiries securely and deliver them to our inbox by email. Some of these providers store data outside the Maldives. They process information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep sensible business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@maldivesseasalt.com and we will reply.
